FAQ

AboutWater Quality

Q: Is tap water safe
to drink?

A: While municipal
water is treated, it may still contain contaminants like Lead, PFAS, Chlorine
and Hard Minerals — especially through older pipes. Our free water test by ZIP
code reveals exactly what's in YOUR tap water, not just average data.

Q: What contaminants
do your systems remove?

A: Our systems remove
Lead, PFAS, Arsenic, Chlorine, TDS, Fluoride, Heavy Metals, and Bacteria. The
8-Stage G3P800 is NSF Certified to Standards 42, 53, 58 and 372 with removal
rates exceeding 99.999%.

Q: How do I know if
my water needs filtering?

A: Signs include
unusual taste, odor, white stains on faucets, dry skin or hair, or if you have
young children at home. The safest answer: book a free water test and see the
actual results for your home.

AboutOur Products

Q: What's the
difference between the 3-Stage, 8-Stage and 10-Stage systems?

A: The 3-Stage RO
($1,600) removes chlorine, sediment and basic contaminants but does NOT remove
TDS. The 8-Stage G3P800 ($2,499) adds full TDS removal, PFAS, heavy metals and
NSF certification — our best seller. The 10-Stage + UV ($2,999) adds active UV
sterilization that eliminates bacteria — the gold standard for maximum
protection.

Q: Do I need a Water
Softener AND a filtration system?

A: They solve different
problems. A filtration system (RO) removes contaminants from your drinking
water. A Water Softener ($4,800) treats hard water throughout your entire home
— protecting appliances, skin, hair and dishes. Many families benefit from both.

Q: How long does
installation take?

A: Most installations
are completed in 2–4 hours by our certified technicians.

Q: How often do
filters need replacing?

A: PP filter: every 6
months. CT filter: every 12 months. UF membrane: every 24 months. We will
remind you when it's time.
