Eligible Returns

Equipment must be uninstalled by our certified team. Original packaging required for uninstalled equipment. Proof of purchase required.

Non-Returnable Items

Replacement filters (for hygiene reasons). Custom-configured systems after installation. Items damaged by misuse or improper maintenance.

Refund Process

Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days. Refund issued to original payment method.
